Stadt Zug
Die Zuger Kirschtorte ist eine traditionelle Spezialität aus dem Kanton Zug, die im 19. Jahrhundert entstand und aus Biskuitteig mit Kirschen, Rahm und Marzipan besteht. Ihr einzigartiger Geschmack stammt vom Zuger Kirsch, einem Obstbrand aus einheimischen Kirschen, und sie wird oft bei festlichen Anlässen und in Cafés serviert. Die leicht säuerliche Note erinnert an frische Himbeeren, während die subtile Süße der Blätter das Geschmackserlebnis harmonisch abrundet – ein perfektes Zusammenspiel, das wir als «Fruchtige Harmonie» bezeichnen.
